砂浜に大の字になってゆっくりとポーズを行ってゆきます。大空と大海原に向かって自分を解放しましょう。インドの伝統的なヨガです。老若男女経験問わずみなさんどうぞ〜！

【日時】
毎週土日＆祝日　
18:00 - 19:00（7月＆8月）
17:00 - 18:00 （9月）
＊7月1日（土）スタート、9月30日（土）最終日
【参加費】
おひとり500円、中学生以下の子供無料、当日払い
【場所】
和歌山市片男波海岸。海に向かって右側の砂浜、海の家3号店の前あたり
【駐車場】
万葉館の駐車場をご利用下さい。7月＆8月の間は17時以降であれば400円です。
【持物】
下に敷くもの（ビニールシートやござやヨガマット）、足にかけてストレッチする用の手拭い（必要であれば）、お水等。海風が涼しそうな時は防寒具をお持ち下さい。
【講師】
伝統的なヨガ、シュリカリの講師陣が交代で行います。
【申込】
1回目のみお知らせください。それ以降は連絡なしでいつでもどうぞ。
【悪天候でキャンセルの場合】
開始時間の1時間前までにFB等でお知らせします。

シュリカリアシュラムでの学びを終え、今年から、わたしもお伝えする側として参加させていただくことになりました💗
わたしの当番は、7/30 18:00〜と9/3 17:00〜です。

【Date】
Every Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays 
18:00 - 19:00（in July and August）
17:00 - 18:00 （in September）
＊Start on 1st July, and the last class is on 30th September 
【Fee】
JP¥500 per person, Free for kids who is younger than 15-year-old (in junior high school)
【Place】
Kataonami beach in Wakayama city

We are in front of the 3rd beach house.
【Parking】
Use the parking of Manyoukan. JP¥400 after 17p.m. in July and August.
【Belongings】
mat（any mat or big towels）, face towel which hook your feet to stretch if you need and water. Bring some extra clothes if the wind blows or  you feel cooler 
【Instructors】
Instructors who have learned Traditional tantra yoga in Shri Kali Ashram, India or Shri Kali Japan, Japan
【Booking】

Please let us know when only you join first time. Just participate freely after the second time!
【Cancel because of the weather】
Inform the cancel on SNS like Face book before the class starts.
